Once the project breaks ground, Karnataka RERA requires the promoter to file quarterly progress reports (QPRs) on the official portal. These reports include:

  • Percentage completion of each tower or wing.
  • Common areas, internal roads, sewage treatment plant (STP), water systems and external infrastructure progress.
  • Financial flows in and out of the registered project bank account.
  • Any extensions, amendments or compounding orders, if filed.
